more bing solidness

Having discovered hashes of hashes behaved differently between ruby 1.8 and ruby 1.9 I set off on a search engine expedition w/ the obvious query: "ruby hash of hashes 1.8 1.9". Google seemed more interested in telling me about ordered hashes whereas Bing returned a page with the answer as the first result. That page does not show up in Google within the first few pages.
